Nanotechnology in China - Now and in the Future

Abstract:
China is well-known for its contributions to and involvement in nanotechnology.  Scientists in China are among the worlds most published on the subject of nanotechnology, and Chinese patents in nanotechnology rank third, behind only the United States and Japan.  In this article, Lerwen Liu and Li-De Zhang analyze current infrastructures, research centers, companies, as well as investment and industry trends within China to provide an assessment of the competitiveness of the Chinese nanotechnology industry.
